"Hello fellow rebooters! I just recently finished the 3 day reboot and not only do I feel amazing but I would like to share my experience. Before I started I was binging really hard on rich foods and drinks. After Thanksgiving I found it really hard to get back on the health train and the next thing I knew it was Halloween and I indulged in way too much candy. I was feeling lethargic, my skin was porous, and I had gained about 10 pounds. I was starting to turn down social events just based on how I looked and felt. I knew I had to do something but I wasn't keen on the lemon water diet or any of these harsh cleanses that are out there now days, so I decided to give the 3 day reboot a try. First of all I cant rave enough about how delicious and easy all the recipes were! I have now started to sprout my own seeds and this has changed my life forever! I am constantly adding sprouts to everything. Living in the heart of the prairies it was a little difficult for me to attain all of the shopping list, but I made due with what i could get and didn't make it an excuse not to go through with it. I would not recommend using rice noodles instead of kelp noodles....they soaked up all my ramen broth and made me feel heavy. Other than that mistake everything turned out better than I expected. In the mornings especially I was amazed how good a smoothie could taste with no fruit but filed with herbs and greens. I definitely felt more energized and the hot cacao substitute for coffee made me excited to get up in the mornings. If I had to pick my favorite meal it would be a toss up between the winter green soup or the savory rice. I make these two recipes pretty well once a week now. If you are on the fence about trying the reboot I would just do it! Whats the worst that could happen? you feel good? I find it fascinating how just 3 days of eating live fermented delicious foods can change the way you feel. It kick started me back on the right path and eliminated all of my sugar cravings. My energy levels are so much higher and my skin has a nice healthy glow again. I was guilty of not going to bed as early as it recommended a couple nights, So next time I reboot I am going to be more strict with the lifestyle and compare my experiences. I enjoyed it so much I just had to share. Thank you Johanna for opening my mind to different food combinations and recipes!"
